OLED lighting efficiency improved to 128lm/W by Panasonic Idemitsu

Panasonic Idemitsu lighting (PIOL) announced that they improved the efficiency of an OLED lighting panel to 128lm/Watt.
To reach this goal the compony change the substrate under the phosphor powders into hemisphere lenses that are highly reflective.

The panels which are available from PIOL are only 2.1 mm thick with a lighting efficiency of 30 lm/W. Color Temperature is 3000K. The goal is to produce OLED lighting panels with a efficiency of 100lm/W in 2015, and 130 lm/W in 2018.
